Totally worth it if you have cats!

This thing is great to keep the cats out!!! But it has it's problems. It is extremely worth it for the trouble!
It's very difficult to assemble. The pieces didn't quite fit together properly, though with much effort, they eventually fit.
The way it attaches to the crib is so inconvenient! The worse part is that you have to have the crib bottom at its lowest position, which isn't practical for a newborn since it makes me have to reach down into the crib to pick her up cause she lays so low. And in order to reach her, I have to have the gate lowered at all times and the velcro that attaches to it makes the tent lean forward. Lastly, the main straps that go around the crib make it impossible to use the one piece bumpers that come with most bedding sets. I ended up having to improvise using two bumper sets to line the crib.
So be prepared for some major frustration with this thing, but a great relief that you have it when you see your cat climbing the side, not being able to get it!

This has been great for keeping my cats out of the crib. I don't know how my baby will like it. My partner feels that the baby seems "trapped" and that the view is effected. I don't think the baby will really notice. I'm just glad I don't have to worry about my cats getting in her crib!

Crib Tent II works very well! We have four cats and a dog, and not one of them was able to penetrate the tent! Even our most obnoxious cat was thwarted by the Crib Tent! This is a MUST for parents with cats who might want to cuddle with your baby during the night!

3-in-1 cribs are so popular now (crib to toddler bed to full size bed) that the product should specify it does NOT fit MOST 3 in 1 cribs.

A must for toddlers

Climbers, Toddlers

I wish I would have had this all four children. The peace of mind is priceless. We told our daughter (26mos.) that it was her tent. She loves it. Amazingly she even sleeps later in the morning. It fits our crib, and we were still able to leave our "Aquarium" attached between the rails and the tent. Awesome.

GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP

Pros:
Roomy, SECURE, Sturdy
Best Uses:
Boys, Toddlers

My toddler kept climbing out of his crib, which kept me awake at nights worrying that he would hurt himself and frustrated that he kept getting into things when I was asleep and could not supervise him.

The Crib Tent II is a lifesaver! It keeps my son securely in his crib, yet leaves plenty of space for him to move around. He no longer even tries to escape. I have yet to experience the transition to a big-boy bed, but hopefully the use of the Crib Tent II will be instrumental in training my son to stay put even after the tent is removed. The product is expensive, but worthwhile because of the high quality and peace of mind. Also, I can use it for my infant daughter later if she ever becomes an escape artist!

Crib climber? This product is great!

I am the mother of 4 children 3 girls, 1 boy. My 4th is an active 20 month old boy. This product has given me reassurance that I haven't had in months that my climbing toddler boy will be safe when I put him to bed. It took him a few days to get used to it but he now loves it and goes right to sleep at naptime and bedtime. Before this, my tired boy couldn't help himself from crawling out of his crib during nap time or in the middle of the night, even if he was exhausted! It was a simple solution to a concern that had us both in tears on more than one occassion! I would highly recommend this product if you have a crib climber too. My only regret is that I didn't order it sooner!
